How To Register

It’s easy to register - you can sign up for any class at Silvera Jewelry School online or by phone. Whichever method you choose, we recommend signing up as early as possible to reserve your place. Class sizes are small for lots of individual help and attention. In person classes are up to 9 people, online classes up to 15 people, and hybrid classes also have a maximum of 15 people total between online and in person students.

Register Online

Just go to our class calendar. Click on any class on the calendar or under the list of techniques on the left side of the page. If it’s open for registration, there will be registration buttons at the top and bottom of the page.

Some classes are offered more than once, on different dates. Just scroll down to the bottom of the class page to see dates listed and click the register link for the date and time you want.

Be sure to select: the right date and time, and in person (to take it at school) or online (to stream the class live on Zoom). The class will be added to your cart. Pay for your classes in the cart. When you get the confirmation window, you’re done!

By the way, you don’t have to have a PayPal account to register online. Just choose "Don't Have a PayPal Account" during the check-out process to skip PayPal and pay by credit card.

Upon successful registration for your class, you will receive an email with your receipt, student discount and class information. In person classes include all of your materials and use of tools. Online classes have a supplies list PDF included in the email that gives you a detailed list of what you need to have for the class complete with links. If there are any additional materials required or kit fees, they'll be noted on the class description page and/or on your registration receipt. If you don’t receive these emails, please contact us to confirm your sign up.

Class Policies

And now the fine print. Payment in full for class fees is due at the time of registration to reserve your place. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Checks and cash are accepted only if you register at school. If you mail a check, your registration is not processed until it clears and the class may fill during the wait.

Please see our COVID 19 updates page for the latest guidelines and requirements for attending in-person workshops.

If the workshop is canceled by our school for any reason, all fees will be refunded or you can transfer to another class, or keep a credit on account with us for future classes or purchases.

Students can cancel, receive a credit or refund, or transfer to another class up to 21 days before a workshop. No cancellations are accepted after the 21-day deadline, however, we will do what we can to try and sell your place to a qualified student. If we can sell your place, you can receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee, keep a credit on account with us, or apply your fees towards a transfer to another class.

If you can’t make it to class, you may send a participant who has the necessary prerequisites in your place. Please call or email us immediately with any changes in the student participant information. If a class includes an online session, your class will be recorded and you can watch later to make up a class you miss.

Students must be at least 15 years old to attend a class, and students under 18 must have a legal guardian sign our liability waiver form. We have had younger students attend classes, on a case by case basis. If you’re interested in enrolling your child, please call or email us.

If you sign up for a class and fail to have the required prerequisites as listed in the class description, or cannot present proof of COVID 19 vaccination, you are still subject to the 21-day cancelation policy, listed above.

Lodging and meals are not included for in person classes.

If you don't come to class, there are no refunds, credits or transfers.
