Join Anat as she takes you deeper into the world of enamels. Enamels come in many forms, including liquid! Liquid enamels are a much finer consistency than traditional enamels and allow you to achieve different effects and are absolutely dynamite when used in tandem with techniques like sgraffito, etching, watercolor, and layering. You can also use enamels to create patterns in a variety of ways.

This course is available as an in-person workshop or live online class, and as a 6 week course or 3 day workshop. Please check this page for times and formats available.

In this class, dive into experimentation, use enamels in new ways, and build layers of color and meaning in your pieces!

Techniques Covered include:
• Mixing and application methods for liquid enamels
• Sgraffito
• Etching enamel surfaces
• Graphite
• Watercolor enamels
• How to use stencils
• Layering enamels
• Firing enamel pieces with multiple layers
• Kiln and torch firing methods
• Crackle enamels
• Making enameled beads
