Calling all enamelists! Hate those trivet marks? Having trouble finding a trivet that fits your piece? How to support your enamel piece for firing can be one of the most confounding and frustrating things!

Join Anat and Jenn for this one day intensive workshop where you will learn to make your own trivets for any piece! Using steel, we will be making a variety of both sheet and wire trivets, as well as talking about what to look for and how to adapt existing trivets to your needs! At the end of this class you will have trivets you can use for yearws to come and the confidence to make more for pieces in the future!

  • How to choose a trivet to fit your needs
  • Styles of sheet and wire trivets
  • How to make several styles of sheet trivet
