Add the beauty, luster and value of gold to your silver at an affordable price. This class is designed for metal clay artists and teaches them how to add a splash of gold to their work, creating beautiful contrasts.

Three methods of gold application will be taught: painting with 22k gold metal clay paste; keum-boo, the art of fusing 24k gold foil to metal; and pen-plating with 18k gold.

Students will design projects focusing on the texture, design and finish work that best incorporates each gold application method. Prior metal clay experience is required.
